10 Minute Edamame
- 1 lb edamame
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and salt. Add the edamame, return to a boil and cook until bright green, 3 to 5 minutes. Drain.
Heat olive oil with garlic in a wok over medium heat 1-2 minutes. Add edamame and salt. Mix well to coat edamame.
