Grey Cup Deviled Eggs
Preparation Time: 25 minutes|
- 12 eggs, hard boiled & peeled
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 tsp ranch seasoning
- black olive slices
(In two batches) Place eggs in a pot and cover with cold water by 1". Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cover, remove from heat and set aside 10 minutes. Drain, cool using ice water. Peel.
Once cooled, cut each egg vertically. Remove yolk and place in a bowl.
Add mayonnaise, sour cream and ranch seasoning to the yolk. Mix until well blended. Pipe into the hole in each half egg.
Garnish with black olive and parsley to create the stitches.
