Football Snackadium (Chip Dip) Recipe

You will need a lasagna dish and a large platter!
Step 1: Prepare your guacamole using this guacamole or simply mash together 5 avocados with lime juice, salt and pepper.
Step 2: Prepare your salsa, or you can simply chop 2 cups of tomatoes, 1/3 cup of green bell pepper, 1/2 cup of onion, and salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3: Press the guacamole into the casserole dish and use a spatula/scraper to create a smooth and flat surface (this is your field!). Place the casserole into the centre of the platter.
Step 4: Carefully pour the chips out onto the platter, surrounding the casserole dish.
Step 5: Line the casserole with cilantro.
Step 6: Toss the slices of radish over the chips, don’t let them get on your field though! Sprinkle the salsa and grated cheese over the chips.
Step 7: Use a spoon (or an cake decorating tool) to create the field turf lines on the guacamole. Place your “players,” the cherry tomatoes and the black olives, on the field.
