Eggs in Crusty Bread Bowls Recipe

Servings: 4 eggs
- 4 eggs
- 4 ciabbatta buns
- grated cheese
- Carve a circle out of the top of each bun
- Scoop out most of the center - you can set aside the insides to harden to make breadcrumbs or to use in stuffing!
- Crack an egg into each bread bowl.
- Top eggs with salt, pepper, herbs, and cheese.
- Bake at 350F until eggs are set and bread is toasted, about 20 minutes.
