Eggs in Crusty Bread Bowls Recipe

Servings: 4 eggs

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 ciabbatta buns
  •   salt
  •   pepper
  •   parsley
  •   grated cheese

Preparation

  1. Carve a circle out of the top of each bun
  2. Scoop out most of the center - you can set aside the insides to harden to make breadcrumbs or to use in stuffing!
  3. Crack an egg into each bread bowl.
  4. Top eggs with salt, pepper, herbs, and cheese.
  5. Bake at 350F until eggs are set and bread is toasted, about 20 minutes.
