Chili Cheese Dip Recipe

Servings: 5 cups
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 16 oz mild salsa
- 1 lb process cheese spread, cubed
- 4 tsp chili powder
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp cumin, ground
- Cook ground beef in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 minutes or until cooked through, stirring frequently. Drain, if needed.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and spices. Cook and stir over medium heat until cheese is melted.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips.
