Hot Chili Cheese Dip Recipe

Servings: 4 cups
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 package chili seasoning mix
- 14.5 oz diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 lb processed cheese spread, cubed
- Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat.
- Stir in seasoning mix and tomatoes. Bring to boil; cover.
- Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in process cheese spread until smooth.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips.
