Hot Chili Cheese Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 package chili seasoning mix
  • 14.5 oz diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 lb processed cheese spread, cubed

Preparation

  1. Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat.
  2. Stir in seasoning mix and tomatoes. Bring to boil; cover.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in process cheese spread until smooth.
  5. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
