Black Bean and Corn Salsa Recipe

Servings: 3 cups

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp roasted garlic & bell pepper seasoning
  • 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 9 oz whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in large bowl until well blended. Cover.
  2. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve. Stir before serving.
