Black Bean and Corn Salsa Recipe

Servings: 3 cups
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp roasted garlic & bell pepper seasoning
- 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
- 9 oz whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- Mix all ingredients in large bowl until well blended. Cover.
- Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve. Stir before serving.
