Kani Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 medium size cucumber
  • 1 medium size carrot
  • 1 small head lettuce
  • 4 pieces crabsticks
  • 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise

Preparation

  1. Prepared cucumber and carrots: wash, peel and cut into match sticks size.
  2. Shred the lettuce into bite size pieces.
  3. Shred the crab sticks into strips in a bowl.
  4. Toss all vegetables with mayonnaise.
  5. Chill and serve.
