Kani Salad Recipe
Cook Time: 20 minutes|
- 1 medium size cucumber
- 1 medium size carrot
- 1 small head lettuce
- 4 pieces crabsticks
- 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
- Prepared cucumber and carrots: wash, peel and cut into match sticks size.
- Shred the lettuce into bite size pieces.
- Shred the crab sticks into strips in a bowl.
- Toss all vegetables with mayonnaise.
- Chill and serve.
