Adobo Chicken Salad On Spinach Lined Buns Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 3 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Adobo sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • pinch salt
  • pinch pepper
  •   cheddar buns
  •   spinach leaves

Preparation

  1. Mix first chicken, mayonnaise, corn, cilantro, sauce, lime juice, salt, pepper, in a large bowl until well combined.
  2. Line cheddar buns with spinach leaves.
  3. Spread chicken mix onto cheddar buns.
